Cloud Unified Communications
Centiant working in partnership with NFON, have developed a cloud based unified communication service. This cloud offering provides a flexible and scalable solution, accessible via multiple devices, enabling your organisation to deliver true mobile working.
This includes features such as one-number concept, which allows individuals to be contacted anywhere via a single UK based number. The service is a fully flexible offering with the minimum term being 30 days for voice and unified communication services. The unified communication service is delivered using industry standard Skype for business providing all the standard features of Skype, supplemented by over 100 unique features.
As a cloud based solution this service provides maximum flexibility to customers. The service is fully scalable and utilises internet connections either fixed or mobile to access services.
Through our hosted service you can access VOIP, Video and Audio Conferencing, Presence and Messaging.
We are able to offer mobile communications from all major providers with a wide range of data and voice packages. For larger organisations with existing Skype licence we can offer a hybrid solution where the customers’ existing Skype for business infrastructure is connected to a mediation server. This will allow access through our cloud platform.
Customer A needs to replace its existing unsupported network, but the organisation is currently under a state of flux, with buildings and floors being consolidated. The current network has 300 network ports and after an initial conversation the absolute minimum they are expecting this to drop to is 280 ports, but could increase to as high as 400 ports over a period of the next 18 months / 2 years.
